If you are not completely satisfied at the end of the inspection, not only will we refund the inspection fee, but we will also pay for another InterNACHI Certified and insured inspector of your choice to inspect the same home.  We are so confident in what we do, we are willing to back it up 200%.

Terms of Guarantee:

1. Client must be present for entire inspection.
2. No written report will be provided.
3. Client must sign release from liability form.
4. Client must object and claim offer while at the conclusion of the inspection before inspector departs.
5. The inspection fee will be refunded by check to the person who originated the fee.  This amount is for the inspection fee only and does not include ancillary services (sewer scope, radon test, termite inspection, etc.).
6. The re-inspection must be completed by an inspector of your choice who is certified through InterNACHI and has E&O Insurance.
7. A payment no more than the refunded inspection fee will be made directly to the inspection company you’ve chosen.
8. This guarantee applies only to a Buyer’s Home Inspection .  No other services are covered by this guarantee.
